To whom it may concern,
We (Shelterwood Academy) asked Decker Service Professionals to bid re-staining and painting our wood siding on 5 of our 6 building on our property. His personal presence, attention to detail, cost effectiveness and even his willingness to defer to his team members experience in cases where his experience was not as extensive allowed me to feel that I was making the right choice in him and his team.
Before we could pull the trigger on the siding project, however, we had an emergency deck repair that needed to be done. I reached out, and within a day he was out to inspect the damage and give us a bid. He was on 
the job almost immediately and did a great job making sure that he secured 2 of our 4 decks; compromising nothing making sure that they were safe and secured keeping in mind our non-profit organizational financial situation. There were only a couple times that I had to call them after the siding project was completed, …to care for a few minor quality control issues related to drying and curing; things which were not preventable issues, and without hesitation, they were back on our campus making things right.
