1. Do you have to be a current customer?
No, you don’t have to be a Decker Service Professionals customer to be eligible for this program.
2. Can I refer myself?
Nah, that’s why we call it a referral program.
3. How many times can I refer a customer?
As many times as you like for different people, but just one time per address.
4. How do I let everyone know?
- Just fill out the form below or…
- Call your friend or let them know in person. Email them and copy us on an email. Anyway, you like, but please let them know to tell us that you referred them when they set the appointment otherwise we can’t record it. A referred customer must state they are a referral prior or at their first appointment.
The referral must schedule an estimate with a representative within 30 days of referral to qualify.

No, you don’t have to be a Decker Service Professionals customer to be eligible for this program.
5. How do I get paid?
You are paid once the project has been completed – with at least a $850 purchase price, within a year of being referred to Decker Service Professionals. Please allow 4-6 weeks after a customer’s project has been completed and paid in full before a check is sent.
How is the referral fee calculated
The fee is calculated as 2% of project value for all projects valued between $850 and $20,000 with a $25 minimum. Earn up to $400
6. What if someone else refers the same potential customer?
If two or more people refer the same new customer to Decker Service Professionals, we will determine who referred the customer first. If that can’t be determined, then the fee will be split between both parties.
7. Do I have to pay taxes on the check?
We don’t deduct any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to referral fees.
